Ryan Udell, a Business and Transactions partner at Ballard Spahr, will lead a discussion with Litigation partner Kate Belinski and of counsel Maria Tripplaar, covering the latest life sciences developments on Capitol Hill—ranging from R&D expenses to the impact of Chevron deference on the industry. Kate heads Ballard Spahr’s Political and Election Law practice and co-leads the Exempt Organizations team. Maria is an experienced Capitol Hill strategist handling federal government affairs and public policy matters for clients across the country.
