As we were examining and strategizing our programs and events for 2019, one of the items we discussed was convening a “focus group” of our patient advocacy members to better understand how we can feature these important organizations in all of our Life Sciences Pennsylvania activities. To that end, we are going to host a group at our office: 650 East Swedesford Road, Suite 190, Wayne, PA 19087. We are planning to convene this group on March 26 at 10:00 a.m. with a lunch/small networking session to follow at 12:00 p.m.
While much of our work together may have been advocacy focused, which is incredibly important, we know that your organizations do much more than walk the halls of our capitol buildings in Harrisburg and in Washington, D.C. We understand that many, if not all of you, fund critical research in your respective therapeutic areas, and are often looking for life sciences organizations and scientists that are researching and developing groundbreaking therapies and cures. As you continue to advocate for the patients you serve, we want to be sure we are doing all we can to help in that effort and have you making the most of your membership at Life Sciences Pennsylvania. To ensure that is the case, we are hosting this discussion, and are excited to hear your thoughts and gather your insight.
