As a follow-up to our 2022 LAW series, this session will feature Rob Baron, an experienced life science trial lawyer and partner at Ballard Spahr, who will share his unique perspective and suggestions on best practices for negotiating and drafting life science licensing agreements (and related research, manufacturing, and supply agreements), earned from his 30 years of experience successfully representing licensors and licensees in some of the industry’s more complex licensing disputes.
